Do I need a Gainsco approved body shop in Houston?

What if the Gainsco estimate is too low or misses damage?
That is common, because the first estimate only covers the damage anyone can see. Once a bumper or panel comes off, there is often more underneath. We document it in a supplement estimate and send it to Gainsco, so the whole repair gets addressed.
My Gainsco policy is liability only. Can you still help?
Yes. Liability coverage pays for damage you cause to other people, not for repairs to your own car. If the other driver was at fault, their insurance should cover your repair and we will work with them. If you are paying yourself, your estimate is still free.
Will you pay my Gainsco deductible?
Yes. Astro Collision pays your deductible. If the other driver was at fault and you are claiming on their policy, there is usually no deductible for you to pay at all.
