Can I get a collision repair estimate from photos?
Yes. We offer virtual estimates. Fill out the estimate form, add photos of the damage and send them to us, and we will get back to you. Some damage hides behind bumpers and panels, so we may confirm a few things in person once the car is here. If more damage turns up, we write a supplement estimate for your insurance company.
Do I need my insurance company's estimate before I come to you?
No. Bring us the car or send us photos. We work directly with your insurance carrier: we file the claim for you and deal with the adjuster. If you already have a claim number or an insurance estimate, add it to the form and we will take it from there.
Can my insurance company make me use their body shop for the estimate?
No. In Texas you choose your own repair shop. Your insurance company can recommend one, but the choice is yours. Choose a shop that works for you, not for them.
What if the insurance estimate is too low or misses damage?
That is common, because the first estimate only covers the damage anyone can see. Once a bumper or panel comes off, there is often more underneath. We document it in a supplement estimate and send it to your insurance company, so the whole repair gets addressed.
